Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Finsuite technologies when you use TaxCheck. In force from 1 October 2026.
Who you are contracting with
TaxCheck is operated by Finsuite technologies, a sole establishment licensed in Dubai under professional licence 1653679 issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism. In these terms, “we” means Finsuite technologies and “you” means the person or business using the service.
What TaxCheck is — and what it is not
TaxCheck reads the documents you upload, builds a draft Corporate Tax or VAT return from them, and shows which document produced each figure. Where something does not reconcile it raises a finding and cites the article of the law behind it.
Software, not a tax agent
We do not submit returns to the Federal Tax Authority and we do not represent you before it. Finsuite technologies is not a registered Tax Agent. Every figure you file, and the filing itself, remains yours.
Not advice
Nothing in the product or in any report is legal or tax advice. Where a finding cites an article it is telling you where to look, not what to conclude.
Your records stay yours — we are not your system of record
UAE law requires you to keep your own tax records for at least seven years from the end of the relevant tax period, and longer for certain real-estate records. TaxCheck holds copies of what you upload so the service can work; it is not your statutory record-keeping system, and using it does not discharge your retention obligation. Keep your own originals.
Accounts
You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
Plans, payment and renewal
A free account may complete one return. Beyond that a paid plan is required; the plans and their prices are published on the pricing page.
Annual, paid in advance
We activate your plan manually once payment is received. There is no automatic renewal and no stored card — a subscription simply ends on its expiry date unless you renew it.
No VAT is charged
Finsuite technologies is not registered for Value Added Tax, so no VAT is charged and no input tax may be recovered against our invoices. If we become registered we will say so and issue proper tax invoices from that date.
Price changes
We may change prices for future terms. A change never affects a subscription you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
Use the service for your own business or for clients who have engaged you. Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, do not upload anything you have no right to upload, and do not resell access without our written agreement.
Availability
We work to keep TaxCheck available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Filing deadlines are yours to meet; do not leave a return to the last hour and rely on us being up.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for penalties, interest or additional tax assessed against you, for lost profit, or for indirect or consequential loss. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully. On closure you may export your data for thirty days, after which we may delete it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you use the service, and we will give notice of any material change before it takes effect.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
